      Hi there – I purchased a used Modfactor and I'm having a difficult time getting the registration moved to my account. I sent an email to eventide support on 2/19 and 2/24 but I haven't derived an answer to either email.  Can someone help?  The serial number is MF-02625.

      Please?  It's stuck on an ancient version of the firmware. 

      My TimeFactor and Space need a buddy!

      Hi Rich,

      I just checked and we never received your emails. However you're now all set, as I just switched that unit onto your account, so you should be able to do the update.
