      Hi I just aquired a timefactor and I have to admit what a pedal, it`ll keep me going for a couple of weeks learning everything. The first owner registered the stompbox so I cant get access to firmware updates. Is there a solution to thjis or are your guarantees not transferable? that would be a bummer as the guy who I purchased this of only had it for a few months

      Hi. Send an email to support@eventide.com stating what you mentioned in your post. Also include the serial number of the unit, your user name on the Eventide website and your full name. After we get that information, we'll be happy to switch it over to your account.
