Presets Disappeared

      I moved around some of my ProTools files and folders to consolidate different projects and I think I may have moved my plugins folder in the process. When I pull up ProTools projects now I can access the plugins but all the presets are gone.  When I open the Eventide folder on my PC the presets are listed as .tide files but when I try to load these presets within the plugin in ProTools it says there are no .tide files in that folder.  What can be done to get these presets back?

      Hi, I would do a fresh install of the Eventide plugins, and see if that fixes your issue.

      Thank you for your response. I wondered if that might be the solution but I’m uncertain on how to do that.  I have the eventide subscription through gobbler.

      There should be an option in the Gobbler client to "Uninstall All". Click that, and then install again from the client afterwards.
