I can’t use anymore the H90 App on my Mac Os X.
When i launch it, i got e message to connect my account, and after that, anotehr one that say me that i have Any product registered….
What the hell i going on ?
And on the Website, i can’t add any Hardware with my Serian Number.

I have the same problem. Locked out of my h90 software and the password recovery is broken.

Unfortunately, I’m still having the problem. I can log in to the website but not to H90 control. I’ve downloaded the editor again, but it hasn’t changed anything. It’s frustrating!

What is this ilok? Does it have anything to do with it?

iLok is only used for plug-ins, it is not related to the H90 Control app.
The issue with user accounts and H90 Control logins has been resolved, I just tested and it’s working correctly for me.
Please email support@eventideaudio.com and we can help you further there. We may need to reset your account password.
