problem updating Time Factor

Hi, I ´ve been trying to update mi TF, from version 3.5.0(4) to 5.2.0 , with two different windows pc, two usb cables, midi cable, Eventide update utility, Eventide direct updater, and H9 control. Most of the times even doesn´t detect the device, but if it does, when I select to start update, it´s screen shows “ready”,  and nothing else happens… I´ve been trying for hours… I need help, please! There´s nothing else I can do…

Disconnect all non-essential USB and MIDI devices from your computer and try again.

If that does not work, contact support@eventide.com, who will send you yet another updater.
