      I recently got a ModFactor off eBay. I reset it to factory settings, then updated it to the latest firmware. When I try using it with my Behringer FCB101, it mostly works as I expect it to. If I send Program Change 03 for example, Preset 2-1 is selected and made active. The weird thing is that if I send Program Change 01, it selects Preset 1-1, but bypassed. Every other preset seems to work correctly, i.e. sending a Program Change selects the preset and activates it. Only Preset 1-1 seems to have this issue.

      I realize that with so many presets I can just not use Preset 1-1, but does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?

      If a preset is saved with the preset in bypass, then when you call it up with a MIDI program change, it will load bypassed. I'm guessing this is what happened. Try resaving the preset in active and see if the problem goes away.
