Problem with the website

Hello, hope it’s the right place to write this and to find help to solve this issue:

I am experiencing a problem with the website: I haven’t been logging in for a long time, requested a new pw, successfully logged in but if I try to get to the page of my registered eventide products the website says that I am not logged in (if I click the link to log in I appear to be logged in again).

basically the issue is that I can’t get to see my registered products page.

There was a typo in the link to lead you to the My Products page in the Shortcuts menu. I have removed that link. You can just click on the "My Products" button toward the top of the page and that will get you where you need to go. Sorry for the inconvenience.
