Problem with type knob on modfactor

Hi, I have a problema with modfactor ,its type knob doesn´t change the type of the effect  when I select one. Sometimes (if catchup is on) it shows turn left o right depending on where is the original effect type .

This problem started one day when I was looking for working with the pedal and I don´t know if it´s a failure of the pedal or if it´s something that I modified in the menu options.

What do you think that  could be?

I just sent you an email with instructions for testing whether the knobs are working correctly and resetting the software to its original factory state.  Let me know if you didn't get it.
