      I easily updated my Modfactor using the utility, and checked the "save" box for the username and password. A few minutes later, I tried to update my Timefactor, but the updater crashed repeatedly, even after reinstalling and restarting.

      The fix (for me) was to UNCHECK the save box for the username and password. I tried once again, entering (on purpose) an incorrect name and password, and the download did not happen (of course). But NO CRASH. I then entered the correct name and password and everything worked perfectly.   Geeked
