      Hi I bought a used H9 and it wont let me register it and saying its still registered to the last owner and last owner said he never registered it?  I contacted support and have not heard back and would like to get this going so I can use this with the computer program to make adjustments  thanls

      All of our support emails are tracked, and generally speaking, support emails don't go unanswered.  You have a comcast email address, and comcast seems to refuse emails more than any other email provider.  

      If you didn't do so the first time you wrote support, please take a photo of the serial number of your H9 with your phone or whatnot, and email it to support@eventide.com.  We ask people to send us a photo of the serial number, because we've had cases in the past where people told us the wrong serial number.
