program names lost after using factory lib utility….

after using the utility editig program all the presets lost their names and apear by the type of the fx they were  using…..chorus,phaser ect…..

after updating with update utility to latest version, the program up (right footswich) was not working….!!!!!!

the pedal is not functioning!!!!!!!!!

You should probably restore your unit to factory settings as described in the UM. If that fails, contact support@eventide.com

After hard reset the unit (initializing),

I manage to load the update ,so all are ok!

But I ll have to ask if anyone had to deal with that particular problem…

And I mean the factory program utility 

When dumping back corrected programs the preset names are vanished!!!
