        Hello,

        I bought a Modfactor and a Timefactor on ebay.

        Now I want to Update both products.

        Therefore I need to register the products.

        But after logging in, and trying to register I get the errormessage:

        A system error occurred while registering your product. Please contact Eventide support.

        What can I do?


        My serial numbers are:


        MF-05127

        TF-01510

          you can either ask the seller to un-register them on the "My Products" tab on the eventide website….. or you can email support@eventide.com with the serial numbers…. I guess they might want some proof of purchase or proof of ownership.

            Had the same issue when I bought a Factor used. I contacted support by email and they made it happen really quickly.
