        Hi,

        i'm trying to register my DSP7000 but can't find any number on the back panel.

        When i try to use the Hardware ID found in SETUP/Service/information i got an "invalid serial number" message.

        What should i do ?

          The serial number is usually on a label towards the rear of the left hand side.

          If for some reason it is not there or is damaged, you should contact support@eventide.com with as much information about the unit as you can muster.

            Thanks for answering.

            Had time to unrack today and found that number.

            I guess i was so excited about racking and playing with it that i didn't pay attention to that label !
