In comb mode, I’ve noticed that the “wet” signal must already have some “dry” signal mixed in since turning on the Kill Dry or setting the Mix to 100% wet will still yield comb filtered / flanging / phasing types of sounds. Is there any way to get rid of the “premixed” wet signal and simply have the delayed signal by itself? Or am I entirely wrong in making this assumption?

      Hi. duffmcshark

You are correct. The rich comb effect (especially with feedback), made possible by Rose’s unique hybrid analog/digital architecture, necessitates mixing the wet and dry signal independently of the Mix control. Thus, in comb mode, the wet signal is considered the combed signal. There’s currently no way to get a pre-mixed (i.e., delay without combing) wet signal in comb mode.
