      Dear all,

      I’ve recently updated my Rose to the latest (3.15) firmware, via the Eventide Direct Updater (V2.07). The process seems to have worked properly (progress bar and verification completed, and latest firmware said to be installed at the end of the process).

      Then I decided to explore the Eventide Device Manager. I downloaded and installed V 1.6.0, connected my powered Rose… rescan the connected devices… the Rose does not show up, even after a few attempts (unplugging the usb cable, power cable, researching the connected devices, etc…)

      Would you have any clue of what’s happening ?
