Rose – phi button stops infinite repeat

I think it’s called phi – the reverse button.

The infinite hold won’t work when it’s engaged – user error? bug? design fault? design limitation?

It cancels infinite hold if I have a loop going and switch it in too.

Probably me. Anyone have any advice?

Limitation, by designed approach.  I ran into the same thing, at some point, and recall reading about it in an Eventide Staff response (Time Sternfeld) a few years back.

Ah. What a shame. It was so close to being perfect. Well, my guess is that this is a pretty much mature product, and it is what it is now, in that case. Thanks for the info anyway.
