routing h9 max

hi,

i have an h9 max plugged in stereo mode to my P.A. (guintar innput h9 – ouput 1 and output 2 to input  1 and 2 of mixer)

i want to work in stereo mode but using another 1 or 2 stompboxes addictional is it possible plugging by simply output/input?

without pre/post mode? in i plug with pre/post mode i loose the stereo image on my P.A.

the addictional stompboxes are distortion and compressor

The distortion and compressor effects should process the audio before H9 in most cases. So I think you can just do guitar -> compressor -> distortion -> H9 -> Stereo out to your mixer
