      The serial # on the bottom of my timefactor is one digit off from the one that displays on the billboard when looking into the system settings. is this an issue?

      Do you mean as in it's cut off the last digit, so you cannot see it, or that its say 94 when it displays 95? If it's hte former, then I have the same problem using the Beta software.

      tf-02350 is written on the bottom of the unit, the display however says tf-02351. so it went up by 1.

      I had the same problem with mine (low 200's). The sticker is one lower than the software number.
