When I power on my H9 it always is active (even if it was disengaged at shutoff) and always on the same preset (#1). How do I change that? I would like it to remain on whatever setting it was on when shut off. Or, at minimum, be off when plugged back in. Or maybe change the preset it defaults to.
This isn’t what should be happening, so it’s likely a hardware issue. Please contact support@eventideaudio.com, and they will assist you in troubleshooting and/or sending the unit in for repair.
