Space algorithms missing

Hello everyone !

I have recently bought a second hand eventide space factor and i have a big problem with it ….

5 of the 12 algorithms are missing (BlackHole, MangledVerb, TremoloVerb, DynaVerb, Shimmer )

I really don’t know what to do to get back theses five missing algorithms…

if anyone as any ideas it would be really nice !

Have you tried factory reset or reinstalling the software in Eventide Device Manager?
