        Hi,

        has anyone ever encountered this problem so the pedal does not turn on and 4 dashes appear on the display?

          Not good. Could this be a failed update ?

          If so, try it again.

            Have you tried factory reset or reinstalling the software using the Direct Updater?

              I tried to do both, no life from the pedal….unfortunately.
