Space shows up as “not updatable”

  anyone else have this issue? I have V.5 and I want to update to 5.2.6 but the direct updater tells me I can’t Help!

  Here’s the picture, I’m running osx 10.10.4 and the installer is the one thats for OS 10.10 and up… Its strange…

  Could you try putting your Space in Update mode before connecting it to the computer and before opening the updater? You do this by turning the Space off and then turning it on again with the middle footswitch pressed.
