      Hello there, I have owned a H9 Harmonizer for a couple months now and I decided to get a second unit, which I did, I got the Core version. I used my coupon from this second unit and purchased the Spacetime Algorithm, and it is enabled to my Core but not to my Harmonizer. I have both devices registered to my Eventide account and as per your faq, the algorithm should be available on both units. I have updated both to the last firmware version, and still it only shows when I connect my IPad to my Core, not when I connect to my Harmonizer. What to do?

      With your H9 Standard connected to H9 Control please click on the Settings button in the bottom right hand corner of the app, go to Restore Purchases, and use the restore purchases function to sync your H9 with your Eventide account.  That should take care of the problem.
