step phaser/flanger

      Is it possible to use any combination of the stompboxes to get a step phaser or flanger effect?

      I have the modfactor, time factor and pitchfactor as well as an eclipse, but in the absence of a preset Im afraid I have no idea where to start

      You could start with ModFactor Factory Preset 4:2 . Change the Mod Source Knob to SQUARE. Turn the DMod knob all the way up. Then set the Mod Rate knob at about 1 o'clock.
