System Error trying to register Ultra Reverb

        Hello,

        I am trying to register the Ultra Reverb plugin but get this error:

        A system error occurred while registering your product. Please contact Eventide support.

        I have an iLok account; I entered the s/n on the first page when registering and the key on the second page where it says License Key.  I am not sure what to enter for ilOK account so I entered my iLOK userid.

          I called Support who reset my account.  All is good now.
