System settings not saving on TimeFactor

I'm having a problem where I change system settings, like Catchup, Spill, and Global tempo, and they are not saving after the pedal is powered down. 

I really want them to be permanent settings and not have to change them every time I turn my TimeFactor back on. 

I'm following the owner's manual to change the settings I want. Am I not able to save these changes or am I doing something wrong?

If you are using the supplied power supply, you should contact support@eventide.com. Otherwise, you know what you have to do.
