tap tempo not working? help

  My tap tempo went out on my timefactor last night…i use an aux switch as well but I couldn't even get it to switch over into bank mode to tap on my aux switch. Any suggestions on why the tap is not working. The other two switches are working on the pedal….hellp this is very frustrating…

  Did you ever get this problem resolved? I'm having almost the same problem with my timefactor, it won't switch from bank to play mode correctly and the tap tempo works very intermittently.

  yes…I sent it back to eventide to have them fix it…
