Are you talking about his guitar sound during the riff? It sounds like 1/8 note delays in the tempo of the song, maybe with 1/4 note delays in the background as well.

I would start with Factory Preset 1:1 change Delay A to 1/8 note and Delay B to 1/4 note. Tap tempo to the song and adjust the Mix knob and Dly Mix knob to taste.

the intro, before the riff Alan has helped with, sounds BandDelay ish to me. try 3:1 but you would been to lengthen the repeats.

      thanks guys

it seems to land between 380 and 420 msecs

Yes I think it is band delays. I believe he uses an older harmonizer in his rack for this song.

      thanks guys

do you know if harmonizer units have a banddelay with specific frequent selection… as opposed to mids/low/highs?

I am new to the Eclipse, but the amount of control over the tone is simply staggering… I believe the H series has even more control so it would depend on which Harmonizer you are talking about

The crazy clever Eventide boffins would be able to tell you more ?..
