      I purchased a Time Factor unit (TF-07480) secondhand some time ago and it was supposed to be de-registered but appears it hasn't been. I want to utilize it in my system and update its firmware. Can you help Eventide? I have other stomp units registered.

      Contact support@eventide.com and they will be able to help … you will probably need to provide proof of purchase to them.
