TimeFactor fails update mode

      Hi,

      I am trying to install an update but when I power on with the middle button pressed, the unit fails to go into update mode.  Sometimes the display just goes blank, other times it will say UPDATE for a short time and then it disappears, other times it will say UPDATE and freeze in that mode, but the update utility cannot find the TimeFactor.  The update utility finds the TimeFactor fine when it is not in UPDATE mode, but when the update utility forces a reboot into UPDATE mode, the same problems occur (update mode fails).

      I have tried the update utility on Windows XP and Mac OS, same problem.

      I would appreciate your assistance.

      This sounds like you may have a problem with the updater on the pedal – you should contact support@eventide.com
