Timefactor noise issue

Hey.

I’ve that this issue for some time and just got around to looking at it.

Here’s a small video of it:

That’s just guitar -> Timefactor -> Amp (no midi connected).

I read on this forum, that it might be due to the mulitpin cable not being connected properly, so I took the TimeFactor all apart, and the problem persists.

Any ideas?

Any european techs who could do it?

Can I change the chip myself?
