I cannot change presets on TimeFactor, from 1-1 to 1-2 to 2-1 etc… I can choose only what delay to use, both in Play Mode and Bank Mode. Also there are over & under dots before the name and an under dot after the name of the preset.
If you are handy, you may be able to resolve this by re-seating the cable between the circuit boards. Otherwise, I’d suggest creating a support ticket by emailing support@eventide.com.
