      I recently got a timefactor delay in a trade, so unfortunately have no warranty and live in the UK, so not really easy for me to send it in for repair, so hoping i could get some help here.

      The active footswitch is the issue, it will not turn off into bypass no matter how many times its pressed, it just remains active (orange light) and will not turn off, the other switches work fine as far as i am aware.

      I have updated it, reset it to factory conditions etc, but no luck

      Any help would be appreciated

      Sorry – it sounds like the switch is broken. If you can't send it in, find a tech-y friend to look at it.
