Timefactor update issues windows 7

  I have been having issues updating my timefactor on windows 7. After updating my modfactor with no trouble at all i went to update the timefactor and the device driver software would not install. i have tried all the usb ports and several cables and have not been able to get any joy. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

  Try a different computer first. If that fails, contact support@eventide.com

  try to uninstall eventide drivers (and eventide update utility if needed), reboot your computer and try to install drivers and update TF again
