      Hi, I must to update my timefactor's software…..i have download the eventide utility, but i don't know if my presets will erase…..can I do backup and update with the utility software??…..to do that I must connect the time factor to my Mac, via USB or MIDI??

      Yes you should backup your presets before updating the software. There is a utility called Factorlib on the TimeFactor support page that lets you backup to a computer via USB.
