I
would love to see a deep editing software application added to the
timefactor and maybe to all other eventide pedals. Can’t be that
difficult since the pedals feature a USB port. Yamaha did it years
ago on their magic stomp pedal, the most underestimated stompbox ever
made (imho). Only three knobs and three footswitches but connected to
PC or Mac opening a myriad of parameters to tweak. The box features
programmable 8 band tap delays! Deep editing would also make
it possible to add more complex algorithms to the timefactor like 4
and 8 plex delays + chorustaps (found on Eclipse and H3000).
Pedals
in this pricerange should feature those more complex algorithms and
tweaking possibilities.
Hope
you guys think about it. It would give me the certainty that my
timefactor could replace my old Magic Stomp when it breaks down.
