I'm trying to buy a new algorithm for my H9 via Ipad 2 , but get a warning stating "Problem activatin account, please contact us immediately".
Its Saturday, and offices are closed.
I did register successfully. I am able to get on with user/pass.
But nothing beyond that.

Sorry about the rather alarming error message you saw. I checked your account, and it's fine. Everything that's supposed to happen when you activate your account did happen. So, you shouldn't have any problems purchasing algorithms.
