      Hello,

      My guitar has two outputs. Can I plug in each output to each in of the H9 and have two different effects or 2 chains? If not, can I hard pan two different effects at the same time to give each channel mono effects? I am considering an H9 and am doing research.

      No, the H9 has stereo inputs, but they are used for processing stereo signals with a single algorithm.
