UltraChannel and UltraReverb not working in FL Studio

      I have a Windows based computer, I am using FL studio 12.1 producer edition, FL is finding the plugins to use them but every time it says there is an error in the status section to add the plugin to be used. I have tried reinstalling them with no success, the plugins folder is routed correctly to common files and also in the x64 section, neither are running and have ILok active as well and showing that I have activated the products to my computer and still it is not working.

      What is the exact error message you are seeing?

      Can you confirm you have the latest iLok License Manager? http://www.ilok.com

      And, the latest versions of the plug-ins? https://www.eventideaudio.com/support/product/724/installers and https://www.eventideaudio.com/support/product/1092/installers

      Hi-

      What version of Windows are you using?

      Do you have the latest versions of the plugins?

      Do they launch correctly in any other DAW you may have?

      Hi Tom,

      i’m running windows 10 build 15603. plugins are latest version and I didnt test in any other daws

        Hi-

        Please try the following steps:

        1. Close your DAW and run the UltraReverb and UltraChannel installers.
          1. The uninstallers are located at Start Menu->Control Panel->Programs and Features->Uninstall a Program

        2. Open your DAW and rescan you plug-ins, and then shut your DAW again
        3. Reinstall UltraChannel and UltraReverb
        4. Reopen your DAW, and rescan your plug-ins
