UltraReverb not opening in Studio One 2.4

Although I've re-installed this program a number of times,  and even though it shows up in my "Files" in Studio One, I can't get an instance on anything. The iLok is up to date, the software is registered, all else looks correct, it just won't launch, what's up? About ready to ask for a refund.

I'm sorry for the late response.  Did you get this sorted out?

If not, when you say you can't instance the plug-in on anything, what steps are you taking?  We're having no problems running UltraReverb on Studio One here.
