I have an Ultratap pedal that I connected to the EDM to update. Every time I try to update, I get an error message telling me that the pedal can’t connect to the server. The pedal is only on version 1.0.0, so it definitely needs to be updated. Any suggestions?
We are experiencing intermittent issues with our server that we have not yet diagnosed. We have received reports from some some users who were able to update after repeated attempts; it may work for you if you try again. I finally got the updates to download, but now when I select the most recent update and click on Install Update, I just get the spinning beachball of death. The EDM program stops responding and the pedal just flashes the top and bottom LEDs. Please fix this. Given how expensive Eventide pedals are, they really should work without all these glitches.
