      I installed Ultrachannel on my laptop some time ago to try it out and it came with a whole bunch of really nice presets.

       

      I’ve just got it authorised on my studio daw, but there are no presets available when I open it up.

       

      Can someone tell is there a folder I can navigate to find them?

      Hi KO-

      When you ran the UltraChannel installer, it should have installed the presets in the following locations (depending on your OS):

      Mac: ~/Documents/Eventide/Ultrachannel

      Windows: C:Users<your username>DocumentsEventide

       

      The UltraChannel plug-in looks in these locations (depending on your OS of course) by default. Make sure that the presets are in the proper location, if they aren't you can either put them there manually or run the installer again and select to only install the presets.
