      I just bought a Time Factor (2nd one) but the seller didn’t un-register it before shipping it to me. With it being registered to him I can’t connect with it thru the H9 Editor. How would I go about unregistering it from the previous owner?

      Please take a photo of the serial number sticker on the bottom of your TimeFactor with your phone or whatnot;  it should look something like TF-12345.  And email it to support@eventide.com and let us know that you'd like the unit unregistered.
