Update Utility Login Problem!

I can log into the site just fine but I get an error message when I try to log into the update utility.

The error message is complaining about lack of a user name. Presumably it is unhappy with the one you are giving it, although you say you could log into the web site.

You should probably contact support@eventide.com, giving your unit serial number and user name.

There is a space in my username which may be what's confusing the login.

could be – doesn't like spaces or other non-alphanumeric characters. You'll have to contact support to get it changed.

I changed my username to play nice with the update utility.  Not an easy task.

Now I'm updated 🙂
