Updating ModFactor

        Hi,

        I was trying to update the Modfactor to version 5.0.2 and I get a screen on my mac ‘Reloading device to update mode’ and on the Modfactor it just says ready…

        But this has been a while, no sign of anything moving. What should I do next? I don’t want to brick this as this unit is 2nd hand and I’m not in the US.

         

        Any help?

          It’s alright, I quit the update software on the mac and tried again, and now it’s updating.
