Updating my Timefactor

I've been trying to update my Timefactor and keep getting an error message about my username and password.  I've changed both to all numeric or all alphabetical and still can't update.  I've tried to update on three different Mac computers and still no luck as well.

Any Suggestions?   Thanks

The current update system wants both the user name and password to be numbers and characters only – no spaces, question marks, etc. For reasons that are clear to none of us, the Web-based stuff will generate names that break these rules.

If you are totally sure that you are following the above rules (and I'll be surprised) you should contact support@eventide.com, giving both your user name and password, along with the full text of any error messages.
