      Ah just figured it out!!  The software update lets you save current presets BEFORE committing.  Thanks to all who would have helped. 🙂

      Hi all!

      New computer recently, and the last backup I made is on Factorlib.  Seems I need to update firmware on the pedal in order to communicate with the H9 Control app (which is what I should be using from now on, correct?). How do I go about this without losing my presets?  Seems like a catch 22, whereby I can’t backup on H9 app without updating firmware, but an update will revert the stompbox back to factory settings?  Any help is much appreciated
