URGENT help required with timefactor looper function

hi, ive just purchased the timefactor pedal but am pulling my hair out trying to get the looper to work.

can someone please explain what to do when in play mode to get it to work?

What problems are you having ? Please give as much information as possible – what are you doing, what happens, what do you expect to happen, etc.

Have you read the User Manual ? If not, please do. If parts are unclear, please say which parts.
