I had a Max few years ago and spent hours creating my own custom presets,,,I assumed they were saved to my account…Bought a new Max and they are nowhere in site…are they lost forever?
Unfortunately, those presets are lost. There is a feature in H9 Control under Settings for exporting all of the presets and preset lists that you've created, but we don't currently have a mechanism for automatically backing up user presets or preset lists. Sorry for the bad news.
