Where are 2 my free Algorithms?

When I first connected my Pitchfactor to H9 Control for the first time about 2 months ago, H9 Control had a pop up saying I had 2 free Algorithms. This was a deciding factor in me purchasing a used H9 Core, I’ve now connected my Core and I don’t see anywhere that I can use the credits H9 Control said I had for the 2 free algorithms.

You need to have the PitchFactor connected to H9 Control at the same time as your Core.  Then, you should see and be able to use those coupons.

Thanks! I see them now. So….Last Question, it says all the Pitchfactor algroithm’s are “purchased”.

How do i get [a couple of] them on to my H9?

All of your PitchFactor algorithms will appear as purchased if the PitchFactor is the selected device.  If you select the H9, they won't appear as purchased.  You can change the active device by clicking on it in the sidebar or clicking on its serial number at the top of the window.
